GTM Engineering Partnership

Pricing

$5,000/month. Same investment as your previous cold email consultant. Different scope entirely.

Click Get Started on the Add-Ons tab and you go straight to checkout. Billed monthly on the 1st. 30-day cancellation notice.

What Changes

Today With Partnership
Facebook groups unmonitored Crawler listening 24/7, leads routed same-day
RB2B alerts full of noise Pool-company filter, only real prospects surfaced
1 BDR with manual processes George gets enriched, prioritized call lists
No GTM engineering resource Dedicated partner building systems weekly
$5K/mo on one cold email vendor $5K/mo on a full GTM engineering partner

What's Included

  • Weekly 30-min strategy sync (not a status call)

  • Unlimited build briefs, one in flight at a time

  • Facebook group crawler: live keyword monitoring, enriched, routed to George

  • RB2B pipeline: pool-company filter, enrichment, intent alerts

  • All systems deployed to your infrastructure, autonomous after launch, break-fix included

How This Is Different

Not an agency. Not a consultant. Not billing hours.

I'm a fractional GTM engineering partner. One seat at your table.

I show up to your weekly. I'm in your Slack. I see the same HubSpot dashboards you see.

You mentioned trying to stand up Clay workflows late at night with Kevin. That's not a good use of your time. That's what I'm here for.

When George's connect rate climbs, that's my win too. When Q3 pipeline lags, I'm in the room fixing it with you.

Your pipeline is my scorecard.

The Math

These are your numbers, not mine.

  • 15 to 20 new pool businesses talking to Skimmer each month

  • 20% conversion at roughly $3K average deal size = 3 to 4 new customers per month

  • That's $9K to $12K in ARR added monthly

  • Partnership costs $5K/mo and pays for itself in the first cycle

That's before any new pipeline from the systems I build. The Facebook group crawler and RB2B filter alone should add net-new conversations George isn't having today.

How We Operate

Weekly 30-min sync. What shipped. What signals George is seeing. What's the bottleneck in pipeline. What ships next.

We shape the next brief together.

The brief. Every build starts with a one-page brief: what it does, what triggers it, where data flows. How we measure it worked. No brief, no build.

One build in flight. When it ships, the next one starts. Focus over volume.

Built systems. Deployed to your infrastructure. Autonomous once live. Break-fix included forever.

They don't need me to run. If you cancel, your systems keep running.

Quarterly Business Review. Pipeline delta vs goal. ROI review. Next quarter's thesis. Kill list for underperformers.

First 90 Days

Weeks 1-2: Facebook crawler + RB2B pipeline deployed. George gets first leads from both systems.

Weeks 3-4: Tune keyword lists based on real signal. Adjust pool-company filter thresholds. First QBR data starts accumulating.

Month 2: Next brief shaped in the weekly. Likely: Smart Lead optimization for your quarterly cold email blast, or competitor monitoring for PoolBrain/ServiceTitan shifts.

Month 3: First Quarterly Business Review. Pipeline delta, ROI on each system, kill list, next quarter's thesis. By now, 2-3 systems running autonomously.

What I Need From You

  • Slack channel invite (I'll be in your team's workspace)

  • HubSpot admin access

  • RB2B account access

  • Nooks viewer access so I can see George's call data

  • 30 minutes on the calendar, same time each week

Your list of top Facebook groups where pool pros talk. That's the starting point.

Common Questions

Why not have our new Head of RevOps handle this? They should focus on comp plans, HubSpot hygiene, and sales process. I build the systems they don't have time to build.

Why not hire a full-time person at this price? $5K/mo is roughly $60K/yr. A GTM engineer costs $120-150K fully loaded, plus 3-6 months to ramp. I'm live in your systems in week one.

Can we start with a pilot? The 30-day money-back guarantee IS the pilot. Full refund if the first build brief's success criteria aren't met.

What about confidentiality? I sign an NDA before touching any system. Standard practice.

How much of your time do we get? I don't sell hours. I sell outcomes on a weekly cadence. The WIP limit of one build at a time ensures focus.

For Your Team (share this with Kevin or your CFO)

You were paying $5K/mo for a cold email consultant who did one thing. This redirects that same $5K to a full GTM engineering partner who builds everything: crawlers, pipelines, enrichment, integrations, attribution.

Month 1: Facebook crawler + RB2B pipeline live. Month 2: next brief shaped together. Every system runs autonomously. 30-day money-back. 30-day cancellation notice.

The add-ons are optional. The base stands on its own.

Ready?

Click Get Started above. $5,000/mo for the base partnership. Want add-ons? Check the Add-Ons tab before you check out.

After checkout, I'll send a Slack connect invite, a HubSpot access request, and a calendar link for our first weekly. First build brief shaped by Monday.

From Our Call

From Our Call

Andy runs sales at Skimmer and is building the outbound engine mostly from scratch. He's got George handling cold calls through Nooks with a 10 to 15% connect rate, which is solid.

The motion is working, but there's only so much one BDR can do with manual processes.

The cold email experiment was a real proof point. Andy worked with a consultant who sent around 7,000 emails, generated 46 accounts, and converted 25 to paid. That added roughly $30K in ARR.

The consultant charged $5K a month. Andy liked the results but felt like there was more to squeeze out of it.

Facebook groups came up as a big untapped channel. Pool service pros live in these groups. They talk about software, complain about competitors, and ask for recommendations.

Nobody at Skimmer is systematically monitoring those conversations today. Andy knows the signal is there but doesn't have the technical setup to capture it.

RB2B is installed but noisy. Andy mentioned getting alerts for companies like Wells Fargo visiting the site, which obviously aren't prospects. The tool has potential but needs a filter layer.

The Top 500 whale list is a strategic priority. These are the biggest pool service companies, longer sales cycles, bigger deal sizes. They need a different motion than standard outbound.

Summer seasonality is real. Pool pros are heads-down from May through September. Andy wants systems built and tested before the summer window closes.

Andy was upfront about budget. The $5K range is what he's comfortable with based on what the previous consultant cost. He wants a partner who can move fast and prove ROI quickly.

About Ryan

About Ryan

Electrical engineering background. I think in systems, loops, and signal flow. I applied that to GTM instead of circuits.

Solo operator. You work with me directly. No outsourcing, no junior handoff.

When I say I'll build something, I'm the one building it.

Relevant Work

  • Built the entire digital operation for a lawn care company from zero to online checkout with satellite imagery pricing. That client is in year four and still running.
  • Replaced a client's full Clay workflow with custom automation. Same enrichment results, no Clay subscription fee.
  • 12.7% cold reply rate sustained over six months for a pharmaceutical client. Industry average is 1 to 3%.
  • Scraped 742,000 NAICS-coded businesses for a government contractor. That dataset would have cost 50% more to buy than the entire engagement.

How I Work

I build systems that don't need me. My goal is to make myself unnecessary for the things I build.

That way, our time together is spent on strategy, not maintenance.

Currently onboarding as an official Anthropic partner (the company behind Claude AI). The automation I build runs on the same infrastructure the biggest AI companies use in production.

I don't do decks. I don't do roadmap theater. I build things, measure them, and we decide together what to build next.
