Our Conversation

We connected through the Pavilion Executive community — you were geeking out about AI in operations, Claude Code, and graphRAG, and I jumped in because that is literally what I build every day.

Our call was a great peer conversation. We bonded over Houston roots (you are born and raised, I grew up in Cypress and lived there 30 years before moving to Jersey for my daughter). You are moving back to Houston this year, which is exciting.

What we covered:

  • PatchOps model: You white-label technical HubSpot implementation and custom development for large RevOps and HubSpot partner agencies. Most of your revenue comes from this channel.
  • Your team's capacity crunch: Your leadership team told you to pause prospecting last week because expansion revenue from existing agency partners surged — 400+ extra hours in 30 days. You hired to cover it but recognized you cannot keep pausing pipeline development.
  • The alignment: I proposed being your fractional GTM engineering overflow resource. You said you would keep me on the shortlist and factor me into your capacity planning. You asked for a one-pager of what I can handle.

  3. I deliver under your brand — white-label, your client never knows. Clean handoffs, your quality standards.
  4. You keep your margin — I expect you to make a good margin on whatever you send my way. That is the deal.

  • Custom integrations — HubSpot-NetSuite, HubSpot-Salesforce, custom middleware replacing deprecated tools
